Harrison Bauer specializes in providing products and services to maximize the potential of self storage facilities.

Harrison started his career by putting himself through engineering school working as a paralegal. Ten years into a successful engineering career he was laid off during the 2008 recession. At the same time he was a partner in a two-year-old self-storage facility that was being run into the ground by a reputable storage management company. He took over management of the facility, learned the business, put systems into place in every aspect of the business, and applied cutting edge context-driven technologies to customer interactions. One year later the facility self-funded a 100-unit expansion. Two months after that the facility was at 90%+ occupancy, and applying for financing for another expansion while other storage businesses were getting foreclosed. Today that facility has about 700 storage units, and 350 RV spaces and is worth over $10 million!

Part engineer, paralegal, entrepreneur and artist, Harrison’s diverse education and work history combine to give him the ability to understand a broad range of challenges to self-storage facilities most companies do not recognize, and then implement unique solutions.

Today he loves to help other first-time owners duplicate his success and dominate their market. As an engineer, paralegal and storage owner, he is uniquely qualified to obtain property tax and impact fee reductions and gets results where average attorneys fail.

Whether you are looking to implement a new culture, reduce taxes and fees, launch a new facility, or turn around a troubled one, Harrison gets you the results others claim are impossible.
